Korean Beauty Review + Events of the Week

Hello~

As many of you fashionistas know this week is the Seoul Fashion week and as I checked out Urban Outfitters blog I realized that South Korean Cosmetics have become more and more popular. I find it interesting and fun since I myself have been into K-Beauty for the last two years and just love everything from there in cosmetic way. So I though "Hey, why not do a K-Beauty Reviewing thing on my blog this week?" and then I went sick last Friday and I couldn't even post a regular post because even thinking hurt.

But I'm back and I will do my K-Beauty Review, so here it is:

1st one is Lady Kin's Affinitic Whitening Moisturizer:

Really great Snail Cream which is made out of herbs to work like real snail cream on the skin. Moisturizes and evens out the skin tone. I chose to buy the "night" version so that I can apply it in the evening and sleep with it. It's a transparent cream with a moist texture and gives off a cool feel on the skin while applying. It's smooth and fresh and smells nice.

Apply it with your ring finger in circular motions from your nose to your forehead and finish off on your cheeks. Since the cheeks are the hottest part of your face whatever is applied to this area will dry faster.

It comes in a cute packaging made to look like a snail. There is a pink version of the packaging, but then it doesn't come with the whitening (brightening/evening-out) effect.
So if you are not in the need of whitening then I recommend to buy the pink version since it's super CUTE!

I got the cream from yesstyle.com a great site for those who like K-fashion and K-beauty.

2nd one is Etude House's Wonder Pore Freshner:

I love it! Especially good on lazy days when you just can't or don't want to take care of your face and to just stay in bed. It's a part of my everyday skin care routine. Great cleanser which does everything that it promises, and that's a lot. As Etude House writes on the product's packaging it's a 7 in 1 product. It's supposed to:

  1. Maintain ph 4.5 + 1.
  2. Refine skin tones.
  3. Keep the elasticity of the pores.
  4. Deep cleanse the pores.
  5. Minimize the appearance of pores.
  6. Control large amount of Sebum.
  7. Moisturize the outside and the inside of the skin.
I think it does that and it's my savior on lazy days. As for the packaging:

I think it's a really nice bottle and I love the smart feel of it. It has a cap function which I find really nice and useful. You just take a cotton pad and place it on a pump kind of thingy and push down on it. It will wet the cotton pad with almost no effort, it's awesome!

It also says that you can fill a spray bottle with the cleanser and use it for moisturizing your skin under the day to control the amount of sebum on your face.

3rd one is Etude House's Drawing Show Creamy Liner, #Brown:

This one is an Eyeliner in brown. It's texture is smooth and soft but it gives off an intense feeling when drawn. I like the fact that it comes with a brush. I myself wasn't that used to using a brush when applying eyeliner so it was quite tricky at first. Now that I have learnt my way with it it's simple and fun. Since I chose to buy the brown one it gives of a softer and more natural feel than if I would have bought the black one. Therefor I like to use it to create a more subtle and cute look than my usual edgy make up look.

I also think that if I get the chance to buy the black one I will. Even if the brush is a big you can go down in size if you would like to. It blends easily, is waterproof and stays on all day long.

4th one is Etude House's Correct and Care, CC Cream, #Silky:

Etude seems to love their multi-functioning stuff, as this time it's a 8 in 1 CC cream.

  1. Anti-aging.
  2. Stress relief.
  3. Hydration.
  4. Whitening.
  5. Sun protection.
  6. Tone-up.
  7. Smooth Texture.
  8. Luminosity.

Some of these things doesn't really make any sense to me, like the stress relief thing, but sure I will swallow it. As for the other 7 things this product promises to give off I myself think it does, in different amounts that is.

It's a smooth cream that gives off a fresh and youthful look. It has a nice texture which feels good against the skin and it isn't heavy. The colour is a bit pink in the tone but it brightens your face and make you appear whiter. It covers blemishes and other imperfections well.

I bought the silky one. I think it's made for oilier faces and should make them appear more like silk.

Okay, so that was that. Leave some comments and give me feedback on the reviews. Do you think that I should do some more reviews or maybe post my everyday routine? Give some tips and ideas on what to write about!

Tomorrow I will go to Ullared with my mom, Olivia and Fluff. It's going to be awesome but I'm nervous/giddy/hyper so I won't get any sleep. We're going to go up at 3 AM and prepare for the roadtrip and well be going at 5 AM. It's going to be so much fun and we've been mapping out where we should start and where we will end, what we will buy first and last as well as done a list of what we need to buy.

Zankyou no Terror

Hello~!

I began watching a new Anime yesterday (even though I have hundreds ongoing... but I couldn't hold myself!). It's the Anime Zankyou no Terror which was released in 2014. I haven't gotten that far yet -to episode 3 I think- but I really love it! It's perfect, well if you look past the fact that it's about terror bombing and mental kids that is. I'm in love with the main characters. Nine and Twelve are so cuute~but wicked so so wicked!

I don't know that much about the plot yet, but so far I think it's about two kids who were kept at an facility of some sort, as specimens -therefor the numbered nicknames as Twelve and Nine? And that after escaping the facility feeling wronged and damaged they begin to plan revenge for the work done to them and they become terrorists. About Lisa -I don't know why she's in the story really, she's so weak and small. I hope she grows some wits. It's going to be interesting to see her character development.

And here are some GIFs of Nine and Twelve!

Aside from the fact that I've been watching more Anime recently;

I'm free from school today! Yay! All my classes got cancelled today so Fluff and Olivia will come later today to bake, do homework and have a harry Potter marathon! It was some time since I watched Harry Potter and I'm really hyped! Thinking about reading the books -finally- it never felt like it was my time to do so but my gut has changed the way it feels and I'm already fangirling! Haha!

We will also bake some chocolate chip cookies for our English school project about food cultures and make some pancakes to munch on!

We will also plan more for our trip to Ullared and our plans for going to Japan one year after graduation. We're planning to open up a accessory and fashion store, where we sell handmade stuff. Be sure to check it out when updated and ready! It's called Rose Petal Garden and you can contact us on rosepetalgarden.shop@hotmail.com for commissions or if you have request. We will be able to make custom made if wished.

Leave a comment below or something, I like to interact with you guys!^^

Medication for medication

Hi guys!

I know it's been a while since I last posted something here on my blog. Mostly it's because I've not been feeling too well, and today I went to the hospital where they told me that I'm most likely allergic to my meds. So now I have to take medication for my medication which sucks. I'm so tired of all the pills and stuff I need to take, I'm also tired of being sick. I don't get anything done and everything's hard; even breathing.

But aside from that I have been elected once again to be a member in UNF Örebro's District Board which is really fun. I feel like the people in the board are awesome people to work with and everyone are great friends of mine. The only con is that we will most likely derp half of the time at our meetings.

I hope you have had a better week than me so far and that you all stay healthy!^^

Sunshine without green?

Hello guys!

Fluff and I were out once again taking some photos, but it was such a bore today. We actually went into the city to find nice things to photo but nothing really turned up. It's hard to take great shots as nature photographers when there's no "nature" to shoot. Well Fluff got at least some good pictures but it was mainly portraits of me -which look kind of derpy as always, but what can you do when you're in fact a derp. It was a weird type of sunshine outside and there was no colour to things so it was boring that way. Wish the grass and the flowers could start growing soon! I miss the summer!

This one is sooooo good! I love it!

Okay, so this  the "okay" one of my derpy derps. Not really derpy but weird in a positive way.

The rest of the pictures are mine and well didn't really turn out as I wanted them to...

.... and sorry for not posting anything yesterday. I felt sick and went home at lunch. By then I had finished my Swedish exam and gone to math class. When I came home I didn't really do anything. I just cooked some food, slept at random places and played Final Fantasy-XIII-2!

At spring break my mom will take me and Fluff to Ullared for some shopping and it feels nice and I'm super happy about it. Even though it's not much of a big deal, 'cause I go there like twice a year it's a bit special because it is a weird kind of tradition since I was six or seven or something. So I get all fuzzy inside every time we're going there.

Have a great week,

Bye!

7'o'Clock in the Morning

Hi guys!

I'm about to eat breakfast, it's 7'o'clock here in Sweden and I'm starving. I can't believe that I woke up at 06.55, on a Sunday,
ON A SUNDAY! ლ(͠*皿*͠)ლ

So I decided to post the remaining drawings:

Okay so here are some more drawings I scanned. Some of them are really orange in the skin and it doesn't really look like that in real life so yup. Which one is your favorite? I think mine is the angel one. Oh yes and one more question, which drawing style do you think I do the best? The gory one or the cute one?

I'm going to apply for a summer job today, so wish me luck! I'm nervous because I'm not that handy and I hurt my back easily, so I don't really want a job with much carrying but it feels like that that's what every summer job is like. I would rather work in a Café than being a janitor at Church. Even if the best scenario would be if I was to work at the Art gallery or something, that would be perfect or maybe with something that has to do with languages, I don't know if there really are these kind of jobs though... oh well. Any suggestions for a friend in need? Someone who know good summer jobs in Sweden? and what are you guys gonna do this summer?

Bye! (≧-≦)

Drawings

 Hi guys!

Here they are the drawings I promised you! First time I managed to upload two promised posts, because I'm horrible with time like that. So I'm just going to say that I'm pretty awesome! Huh, huh? ᕙ(`▿´)ᕗ

Felt like posting the more gruesome drawings today. Well I was about to say hope you like them, but it feels like it's wrong to like them because they are so horrible in the sense of appropriate. So well I'm gonna ask you another question HOW do you guys like them? \(͠⚈▿⚈͠)/  *inserts weird eyebrow wiggle smiley to lure your comments out*

Forest Walk

Pictures from Wednesday's photo class. Since Fluff and I were done with the assignment we took some individual photos. It was so much fun running around in the woods looking for things to take pictures of. At first I thought it was rather chilly outside but then when we got away from the school grounds it became warmer. Once we reached the woods I went really hyper and I even lied down on the mud to take the picture of the white flowers (see above), haha!
Once I got up I realized that I had lied on stained glass! Like how is that even possible!? I didn't feel it, not the tiniest. Well at least I didn't get hurt, but there are some marks on my jacket though, but if they are from the mud or the glass are hard to tell.

Oh and yes! I also decided to start a blog, this time for real. I haven't really written something on a blog since well, 2011 so there have been lots of self reflection and stuff so now I think that I actually know that what I'm writing is well, me.

I also scanned some drawings today that I'll show you guys later. As for now I'm just going to chill and eat - mom's homemade salmon with Philadelpia, Cottage cheese and potatoes- in thirty minutes.

So see you later!
